1. Membership Overview
Posha Circle is a recurring membership that unlocks unlimited access to the full library of all recipes on your Posha cooking robot.
Without a membership, you can continue to use your Posha robot in Co-Pilot mode and cook from our collection of Essential recipes, available to all Posha owners at no cost.

Both plans provide the same membership benefits. You may switch between plans at any time through your membership settings.
3. Free Trial
New members are eligible for a 90-day free trial of Posha Circle with full access to all membership benefits.
• No payment method is required to start your trial.
• You may add a payment method at any time during the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• If a payment method is on file when your trial ends, your membership will automatically begin at the plan and price you selected.
• If no payment method is on file when your trial ends, your access to Membership benefits will expire. You can subscribe at any time to restore access.
• If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
• Each Posha account is eligible for one free trial.
4. Billing & Auto-Renewal
Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, based on your selected plan). The renewal charge will be applied to the payment method on file.
Referral credits can be used toward your Posha Circle membership. If you've referred someone and don't see your referral credits reflected, please contact us at [email protected].
You can view your billing details and update your payment method at any time through the membership settings in the Posha Companion App.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your membership settings.
• You will retain full access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.
• No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining time in a billing period.
• After your membership ends, you can continue to use Co-Pilot mode and cook from the Essential recipes collection.
• Your cooking history and saved recipes will be preserved regardless of your membership status.
• You may resubscribe at any time. Resubscribing begins a new billing cycle at the current plan price.
6. Switching Plans
You can switch between the monthly and annual plan at any time through your membership settings.
• Monthly to Annual: A prorated credit for unused days on your monthly plan will be applied toward the annual price. Your billing cycle resets on the date of the switch.
7. Payment Failures
If a scheduled payment fails, you will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method. Your membership benefits will remain active during this period.
If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your membership will be suspended. You can resubscribe at any time to restore access.
8. Device Under Repair
If your Posha cooking robot is non-functional or under repair for 10 or more consecutive days, you may contact Posha Support to request a refund for the most recent billing period.
9. Changes to the Membership
Posha may introduce new recipes, features, or capabilities to the membership over time. The Essential recipes collection will remain available to all Posha owners regardless of membership status.
Any changes to membership pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
10. Billing Disputes
For billing-related questions or concerns, please contact Posha Support before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. Posha reserves the right to suspend membership benefits in the event of a chargeback.
11. General
• Posha Circle is provided on a per-robot basis. Each Posha robot requires its own membership.
• Membership is managed through the Posha Companion App.
• By starting a free trial or subscribing to Posha Circle, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

What can I still do without a membership?
Every Posha owner gets:
• Co-Pilot mode — full manual control of your Posha robot for your own recipes.
• Essential recipes — a curated collection of recipes available to all Posha owners at no cost. View the full list here.
Can I choose which recipes are free?
The Essential recipes collection is the same for all Posha owners. While you can't customize which recipes are included in the free tier, the collection has been curated to cover a wide range of everyday meals.
Will I lose my cooking history or saved recipes if I don't subscribe?
No. Your cooking history and saved recipes are yours to keep, regardless of your membership status. If a saved recipe is part of the premium collection, it will remain visible in your library — you'll just need a membership to cook it.
The Posha team custom-created recipes for me. Will I still have access to those?
Yes. Any recipes that were custom-created for you by the Posha team will remain accessible to you regardless of your membership status.
Can I still request custom recipes from the Posha team?
Yes. Recipe requests are handled separately and are not part of the Posha Circle membership. You can continue to reach out to the team for custom recipe requests as before.
Why is this changing?
Since you received your Posha, you've had full access to every recipe in our catalog. Think of it as an extended preview — we wanted you to experience everything Posha can do while we built out the library. With 700+ recipes now available and more on the way, we're formalizing this into the Posha Circle membership. This allows us to keep investing in new recipes, smarter AI features, and a better cooking experience for you.
Do I get a trial period?
Yes. You'll receive a trial period to explore the membership before any charges apply. Details will be communicated to you directly via email.
I've been using Posha for months — why should I pay now?
We hear you. The recipes you've been cooking aren't going anywhere — they're all still in the library, waiting for you. The membership is what lets us keep building: more recipes, more cuisines, better AI, and new features that make Posha even more useful in your kitchen. We hope you'll stay with us.
