Open the Posha app and find something you’re craving. Browse by cuisine, dietary preference, cooking time or complexity. You’ll see everything you need to get started, from ingredients and prep to servings.

Prep & load the ingredients

The app takes you through everything you need to do before cooking. It tells you how much of each ingredient to use, how to prepare it, which container to put it in, which spice pods to load, and where the oil and water go.

Once everything is ready, load it into Posha.

Once everything is loaded, Posha takes over. It stirs your food, adjusts as it cooks and uses its camera to watch what’s happening in the pan—so you can get on with your life while dinner cooks.

Once Posha starts cooking, you don’t need to stay in the kitchen. Follow your recipe’s progress, see live updates from Posha and know when your meal is ready, all from the app.

Cleaning Posha

Remove

After Posha has cooled, take out the pan, four ingredient containers, spatulas and extended arm.

Wash

Put those removable parts in the dishwasher. You do not need a special dishwasher cycle or detergent. You can wash them manually too.

What gets washed: Posha pan, All 4 ingredient containers, Both spatulas + extended arm, Spice Pods, Oil and Water Containers

Wipe

Wipe the device body, induction surface and outside of the oil-and-water container. Do not put the main device in water.

What gets wiped: Main device, Flat cooking surface, Stirrer

You’ll need at least 27" W × 22" D × 17" H of stable counter space. Leave enough room around Posha to load ingredients and open the lid comfortably.

Posha needs a standard 120V, 15A grounded outlet nearby. Make sure the outlet is close enough for the power cable to reach comfortably.

Posha connects to your home Wi-Fi to get recipes, receive updates, and communicate with the app. A reliable connection is all you need.

DIY Repair

For simple, easy-to-fix issues, we make DIY repair straightforward. We'll ship the replacement part to your address along with a quick, easy-to-follow guide. If you get stuck along the way, our virtual tech support team is available to walk you through each step until the repair is complete.

Parts Replacement

Some parts and accessories on your Posha are eligible for replacement under warranty, subject to our terms and conditions. No repair visit needed — once approved, we ship the replacement part directly to your current address so you can swap it in and get back to cooking.

Self-Diagnosis

In-Person Repair

For repairs that need an expert hand, we'll send a trained technician directly to you. We first ship the necessary spare parts, then you share your available time slots — we'll match you with a technician for one of them. Once the repair is successfully completed, the technician takes the faulty part with them to return it to us.

Not the right fit? You can initiate a return anytime within your trial period. Once your Posha device is delivered back to us and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy, terms and conditions apply.

Easy Replacements

If your Posha is having issues we're unable to resolve through repair, we'll step in with a replacement under warranty, terms and conditions apply. Simply pack up your faulty unit following our packaging guidelines and we'll arrange pickup. Once it's collected, we'll ship you a functional-tested replacement device — and Posha covers all shipping costs both ways.

You can connect with our customer service team and raise a request to be connected with tech support for a live debugging call. In many cases, we'll also reach out to you proactively if we spot an issue that needs attention. Either way, we'll dig into the problem together and advise on the best next steps — DIY repair, parts replacement, in-person repair, or otherwise.
