What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?

As SDE-3, you will be at the center of working on the core backend systems that power our fleet of autonomous robots:

Design & Implementation

1. You will be designing and architecting complex features related to autonomy, data logging and reliability by building HLDs and LLDs.

2. You will be building the core Recipe Engine stack that powers the autonomous cooking functions of the robot.

AI Systems

1. Agentic systems power core internal workflows around recipe creation, feedback analysis as well as for coding.

2. You will build the code-intelligence backbone for our agents: AST chunking, LLM graph extraction, and hybrid retrieval (BM25 + graph + rerank) over our codebase via Cognee.

3. You will push the levers that matter — chunking, embeddings, and retrieval accuracy — with a benchmark-driven, eval-first approach.

What makes you a match for us?

• Excellent in HLDs, LLDs, SOLID Design Principles

• Experience shipping production LLM/agent systems — RAG, retrieval pipelines, and agent loops (MCP, tool-calling), not just API wrappers.

• Strong on the retrieval data layer — vector and graph databases, chunking, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval; understands that ingestion and chunking quality is the lever for accuracy.
