How you make a
meal with Posha.
There are three parts. You choose the recipe, prepare and load the ingredients, and then Posha cooks the meal.

Culinary AI
Posha adds ingredients at the right time, stirs and controls the temperature. It watches how the food changes, including its colour, texture and the amount of liquid in the pan, and adjusts the cooking as needed. You can check the app or leave the counter.

Clean
Clean the parts that touched food.
Wipe the rest.
Wait for Posha to cool. Put the removable parts listed below in the dishwasher, then wipe the main device by hand.
Remove
After Posha has cooled, take out the pan, four ingredient containers, spatulas and extended arm.
Wash
Put those removable parts in the dishwasher. You do not need a special dishwasher cycle or detergent.
What gets washed: Posha pan, All 4 ingredient containers, Both spatulas + extended arm
Wipe
Wipe the device body, induction surface and outside of the oil-and-water container. Do not put the main device in water.
What gets wiped:Main device, Flat cooking surface, Outside of the oil-and-water container
Put it back
Once the parts are dry, place them back in Posha. Refill spices, oil and water before your next meal.
